Hydration stations are available at Careys Road, the Tonganah Highway crossing and at the top of the Billycock Hill.

Water, electrolytes and snacks are available at the stations. The hydration station attendants can assist with any refills required.

Participants should also carry their own water vessel. These can be refilled at the hydration stations. Participants are reminded to hydrate prior to participation and maintain hydration during the event.

Participants may supply their own food and drink to be placed at the hydration stations. These must be supplied to the Festival Office with the race number and name clearly identified.

Any rubbish must be left at the hydration station or carried with the participant to the end of the event. To protect the beautiful trail, NO rubbish is to be discarded on the course.

All participants are encouraged to download the what3words app. This will give our on-course Safety Team (Hamish and team from SafeTas) the specific location if an incident or injury occurs. In the event of incident, participants should stop and assist.
